Ballots received after Election Day by the Board of Election may be tossed out—no matter the postmark! It's clear that voters have to get Mail-In Ballots to the Board of Election by 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 3 in order to play it safe! The drop box will be available until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
Haven't received your Mail-In Ballot?
If you requested a Mail-In Ballot that has yet to arrive, your best course of action is requesting a replacement ballot at your county elections office or satellite voting center before Election Day. Voters may visit the BOE office to be issued a new ballot over the counter. You can also go to your polling place and vote a provisional ballot.

Trump can't win a fair fight
Trump is trying to steal this election in two ways: disrupting the casting of votes through intimidation and corrupting the count, throwing out ballots that will be mostly Democratic.
