You can Vote Early In Person!

  • You can now request, receive, vote, and return your Mail-In Ballot, all in one trip, to your County Board of Elections Office (55 E. Court St., Doylestown).

  • In-person early voting should start sometime in September (call to find out if ballots are finalized)...

  • ... and continues until 5:00pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2020

You may also be allowed to vote this way at any satellite elections office(s) your county might establish—call and ask your County Board of Elections.

How Does Early Voting Work?

  • County Boards of Elections are required to provide you a Mail-In Ballot, over-the-counter, while you wait

  • Mark the ballot in private at that office

  • Complete the envelope process properly (the Mail-In Ballot video below discuss how to handle the two envelopes)

  • Hand back the completed ballot, right then and there

Before you go…

  • Call your county elections office to make sure ballots are final and ready to be printed for you (Board of Elections - 215-348-6154)

  • Know what hours the county elections office will be open.

If You’ve Already Applied to Vote by Mail

  • Instead of waiting for your ballot to be mailed to you, you can go to your county elections office to request a mail-in ballot in person to vote early on the spot

  • Before you go, see if your county has already mailed it out to you by checking the status of your mail ballot request
